General Policies

Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.

We do require a deposit of $50 in order to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Please note that all sales are finals and no refunds will be issued. 

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE / CANCELATION POLICY

A minimum of 72 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a $50 non refundable charge to the card on file. If you are feeling sick within the 72 hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctors note so that we can transfer your deposit.

Same day cancelation will result in a $100 non refundable charge to the card on file. We reserve 3 hours for each new client. Unfortunately, with such short notice we do not have the opportunity to allow another client in for the treatment. We will also charge half of the remaining balance of the service. The half of the remaining balance charge will be applied to your new reschedule date.

Appointment reminders will be sent to each client via email and text messaging 1 week, 72 hour & 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm to your appointment within 24 hours may result in an automatic cancelation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in a charge of half the cost of the service to the card on file. Please understand that no showing is taking time away from other clients. If you no show without any communication you will not be allowed to re-book in the future.

APPOINTMENT LATE POLICY

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. We schedule clients back to back so being late can cut into the next treatment and is not fair to the client after you. Being more than 15 minutes will be treated as a same day cancelation and you will be charged half of the service as well as a $100 non refundable fee.

TREATMENT

A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances. 

"Touch Up” appointments must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done and we withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Premature booking may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit. After 12 weeks, this will be considered a different service and will be charged accordingly.

“Touch up #2” appointments must be booked 3-5 moths from your last visit with us. This is service is for BROWS BY NESA clients only.

“Color Boost” appointments are for BROWS BY NESA clients only. The treatment is for clients who received their last session 6-9 months prior.

“Annual Touch Up” appointments are for BROWS BY NESA clients only. The treatment is for clients who received their last session 10-12 months prior.

If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must first decide if we are able to help achieve the goals you are wanting as some previous permanent make up may be too dark to work over. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. 

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

Terms of Service

General

This website BROWS BY NESA is owned and operated by NESA ASADI “browsbynesa@gmail.com” BROWS BY NESA. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from BROWS BY NESA. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase many different types of products and services online that are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. If you make a purchase from a merchant on the Site or on a site linked to by the Site, the information obtained during your visit to that merchant’s online store or site, and the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your credit card number and contact information, may be collected by both the merchant and us. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes or for the purpose of anticipating demand for a particular product or service. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.

Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing of purchases is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized, an infringing use of our copyrighted material, and may subject violators to liability.

If payment for a course is declined, our system will automatically disable access to our premium materials. (We understand. This usually happens because a credit card expires.) We want to help restore your access, so we’ll make every attempt to contact you to help resolve this issue. Once the billing issue is resolved, we’ll restore access.

Interactive Features

This Site may include a variety of features, such as bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the Site, or sent via any email services on the Site, lies with each user – you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. Registration

To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, zip code and country. In addition, if you elect to sign-up for a particular feature of the Site, such as chat rooms, web logs, or bulletin boards, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. Only authorized personnel and third party vendors have access to your personal information, and these employees and vendors are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal information.

Permanent Makeup Removal (Brows, Lips & Eyeliner)

Our non-laser removal service is a safe and gentle solution for fading or removing unwanted pigment in brows, lips, or eyeliner. Each case is unique, which is why we begin with a required consultation (in-person or virtual) to assess your pigment, skin type, and goals. This allows us to design a personalized plan and provide accurate pricing.

Removal is a process, not a one-time session. Some clients see noticeable fading after the first visit, while others may need multiple sessions depending on pigment color, saturation, and skin response. While we cannot guarantee 100% removal for every case, most clients achieve significant fading and are able to prepare their skin for beautiful new permanent makeup.

During the procedure, mild redness, swelling, or scabbing may occur — this is normal and part of healing. With proper aftercare, the skin recovers smoothly, and results improve over time.

By booking this service, you acknowledge that outcomes vary per individual and agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided to achieve the best possible results.

TRAINING POLICIES

All training sessions are conducted in person at the designated training location. For safety, privacy, and to maintain a focused learning environment, guests or additional visitors are not permitted inside the training area. Brows by Nesa reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue training if these policies are not followed.


CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

If a student does not attend the scheduled training without prior notice, the enrollment will be considered a No-Show, and all payments made toward the training will be forfeited.

If a student cancels or requests to reschedule less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled training date, the enrollment fee or deposit is non-refundable, and a new enrollment fee will be required to reserve another training date.


ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable enrollment fee is required to reserve a seat in any Brows by Nesa training program.

Enrollment payments may be made using approved payment methods, including:

Credit Card
Debit Card
Cash
Zelle
Venmo
PayPal (if available)

Your training seat is not guaranteed until the enrollment payment has been received.

The remaining course balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the first day of training.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.



LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Students are expected to arrive on time each day.

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their training based on instructor availability.

If rescheduling becomes necessary due to a late arrival, the original enrollment fee will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable enrollment fee will be required to reserve another training date.


RESCHEDULING POLICY

If a student wishes to reschedule a training date, the request must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled class.

Requests made less than 14 days before the training date will result in forfeiture of the original enrollment fee, and a new enrollment fee will be required to reserve another date.

Only one (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per enrollment. Any additional reschedule requests may require a new enrollment and new payment.



COURSE BALANCE

The remaining tuition balance is due one (1) week before the scheduled training begins.

An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent before the course start date.

Students who fail to complete their payment before the deadline may lose their reserved seat and may not be permitted to attend the live training until payment has been received.

Brows by Nesa reserves the right to cancel or postpone a student’s enrollment if the balance remains unpaid.

All tuition payments are non-refundable once paid.


6-Month Mentorship & Student Support

After completing the in-person training, students will receive 6 months of mentorship through a private WhatsApp support group.

During this mentorship period, students may:

Ask questions related to the techniques taught during the course.
Receive guidance while practicing.
Submit homework and practice photos for instructor feedback.
Get help troubleshooting common challenges encountered during practice.

This mentorship is intended solely to support students in developing the skills taught during the training.

Mentorship access is available for 6 months from the date of the in-person training. After this period, WhatsApp support will end unless a separate mentorship extension is offered by Brows by Nesa.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Brows by Nesa website, training programs, educational content, products, and services.

By accessing this website or purchasing any service or training offered by Brows by Nesa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on this website.

Brows by Nesa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any revisions become effective once posted on this website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

WhatsApp Mentorship Guidelines

Students enrolled in an in-person training course will receive access to a private WhatsApp mentorship group for six (6) months.

The mentorship group is intended only for:

Homework review
Questions related to the training
Technique guidance
Troubleshooting
Ongoing educational support

Students are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully.

Brows by Nesa may remove any participant from the mentorship group without refund if they engage in harassment, abusive language, repeated disruption, sharing confidential course content, advertising other businesses, or any behavior considered harmful to the learning environment.

Removal from the mentorship group does not affect the student’s certificate or completion of the training.

Registration
